The Audit Log can be found under the Logs section of the menu.
The log will show a record when of various actions, like manual imports or the addition/deletion of applications, were done, along with the user that performed the action.
The log can be sorted by different categories like login actions or settings changes, and further filtered by actions within that category.
You can also download the filtered list of logs by clicking on the download icon.
