The User List is found in the Users tab and lists all accounts imported from sources into OneSync. Accounts are alphabetized by name and include each user’s unique ID, role, and email. Here, you can add, view, edit, or search for individual user accounts.

To add or edit a user's information, simply click the sandwich icon next to the desired user, and select "Edit User". While editing an individual user, you can enable or disable the user to determine their status in destinations. Once imported into OneSync, all users are enabled by default. If a user is removed from an existing source, then that user will be disabled when its source syncs with OneSync. You can also manage the user's collection membership.
You can configure the user list to display a selected OneSync field for all users within your user list. Once you've selected a OneSync field, you can search and filter the user list based on that field.
Within the user list you can preview a user's properties by clicking on the eye icon on the right side of each row.
Within the slide over there are three fields additional fields that will display when previewing a user: Date Added, Date Updated (user is edited), and Date Disabled. These fields will not be able to be mapped to in a destination, they are just OneSync properties that are being tracked for user convenience and knowledge.
Dry Run and Export
You can initiate both dry runs and exports for a single user from the user list. In the user list page, click the sandwich menu (...) next to the desired user, and choose either "Export User (Dry)" or " Export User". The user will only be exported to enabled destinations.
You can also export multiple users from the User List. To export multiple users, use the search queries and filters to filter a set of users and press the "Export Filtered Users" button.
Add to Collections
You can now add users to a collection directly from the User List.
1. Navigate to the User List.
2. To the desired user, click the sandwich menu (...) -> select Add to Collections.
3. A list of collections will appear that the user is not apart of. Click the green + icon to add the user to that collection.
You can now reset a user's password for any applicable destination from the user list.
1. In the user list page -> click the sandwich menu (...) next to the desired user
2. Click Change Password.
3. Select the desired destination.
4. Enter the new password.
5. Click the blue Change Password button.
This will queue an export of the action type "ResetPassword". You can view the logs for more details. This action can be performed for Active Directory, GSuite, and Azure destination types.
Unlink From Source
You can unlink users from their sources. To do so, filter the users using search queries and filters. Then select the blue Unlink From Source button. This will remove the source tag from the filtered users.
