Profile settings allow you to change your avatar, update your theme color, access your password locker, connect your Google, Microsoft, or social media accounts and more!

Click on your profile picture -> Settings.
General Settings
To change your avatar, click General on your profile settings. Hover over the circle to expose the blue gear. Choose from our avatar choices or upload a photo of yourself (if applicable).
Themes & Colors
Select a wallpaper and theme color.
ClassLink has wallpaper choices for users to select.
Password Locker
You can enter your login information or edit login information for applications by clicking Edit next to that application.
Sign-in options
You can add a secondary authentication method under Sign-in options.
- Click the blue Connect button next to the account type you would like to use to sign in to ClassLink.
- Enter your account information and you are all set.
Note: Availability of the Google, Microsoft or social media buttons is controlled by your Tech Administrators.
Password Recovery Setup
Password Recovery allows you to set up information to reset your password. You can choose from the following three options: cell phone number, alternate email address, or three security questions.
Note: This feature is controlled by your Tech Administrators and may not be available on your ClassLink login screen.
Two Factor Authentication
Phone:
If you choose a phone, they will be texted a code that they will have to enter in order to login in.
Select Configure to set up phone number.
Image:
If you choose an image, you will have to pick that image during sign in each time. If you forget your image, you can have your administrator reset your two-factor authentication options.
Mobile Authenticator App:
If you choose the Mobile Authenticator App, you can connect Google, Microsoft, LastPass, or Authy apps. Simply scan the QR code given -> Enter the code generated by the app. After setup, when logging in you will be prompted to enter the code given by the Authenticator App.
