Audience: ClassLink Administrator
The ClassLink Management Console (CMC) is where you can manage all aspects of your ClassLink environment.
The CMC is located in My Apps for Tenant Administrators, accessible upon login.

The ClassLink Management Console app will open in a new tab. All setup options are accessible here, including the ability to import groups, assign applications, view analytics, and other options. The Tenant ID is also available along the top of the Management Console screen.
Dashboard | The summary data presented will show you a snapshot for the past 14 days, including information for ClassLink cloud storage. |
Profiles | You have 3 main Profiles by default (Students, Teachers, Tenant Administrator). If you like, you can customize/create more Profiles and provide different roles such as Parent, School Administrator, Student, and Teacher). |
Groups & Users |
Groups can be imported from an Active Directory, Google, or Azure domain. The Users section displays all of the users in your ClassLink system. |
Applications | There are several options for adding applications, such as creating simple weblinks, adding from our global library, or creating custom apps. Apps can be assigned to users by Profile, Group, or User from your custom apps list |
Single Sign-On | You have the option to Enable QuickCard and Face Recognition by signing into Windows or Chromebooks. |
My Files | My Files is the place to access and store documents and files. As an administrator, you can manage cloud and network resources from the My Files settings. |
Notifications | You have the option to display a message when users logins. You may set notifications in advance by setting a start date. |
Roster Server | Holds all your user data and is hosted on a dedicated OneRoster database server in the cloud with limited access. This means only you and the people you share it with have access. You can also visit the following URL. https://console.oneroster.com/. |
Analytics |
Allows analysis logins, application usage, browser/OS used, and cloud storage. |
Portals |
The Parent Portal allows parents to register, login, and access ClassLink app resources provided by the district ClassLink Tenant Administrator. The Public Portal is a public page that allows school organizations to showcase the web applications made available to their users. |
Settings | You can customize your LaunchPad login page, screen, and Security (password reset, Two-Factor Authentication, and session timeout). |
